If you are an IBMC mortgage customer, please use the drop box located to the far left of the front entrance to drop off payments and other documents. It will be periodically monitored on business days until 4 p.m.

Impacted by the Coronavirus?

We’ve received a number of questions regarding how IBMC is working with our borrowers during the current situation surrounding COVID-19/Coronavirus. Please rest assured that IBMC is here to work with you through this challenging environment.
IBMC is in constant communication with the agencies and investors that provide direction on what is allowable and required, including relief and required documentation. Based on their direction, the following apply until further notice and will be updated as new information is made available:
  • You may qualify for a forbearance plan or payment deferment if you have been impacted by COVID-19.
  • If you qualify for a forbearance plan, your monthly mortgage payments may be suspended or reduced for a specified period of time. Any unpaid payments will be due at the end of the forbearance period. Prior to the end of the forbearance period, you will need to contact us again to discuss a permanent payment option and solution.
  • During the forbearance period, you will not be assessed any late charges and negative credit reporting will be suspended.
  • If you owe for the March 2020 payment or a prior payment, please contact us at 1-800-873-9667.
  • If you owe for the April 2020 payment, or know that you won’t be able to make the payment by April 16th, please contact our office after April 1st. Contacting our office after April 1st will allow us to discuss and document any relief options that may available for you.
